1. Booking & Payments Retainer: A non-refundable retainer fee (typically 30-50%) is required to secure your session date and time. Balance: The remaining balance must be cleared on or before the day of the shoot. Cancellations: Rescheduling is permitted with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the shoot may result in the loss of the retainer. 2. Creative Control & Editing Style: The client acknowledges they have reviewed the GClicks Studio portfolio and agree to the photographer’s creative style and editing process. Selection: Raw/Unedited files are not provided to the client. Final images are selected and professionally edited by the studio. Revisions: One round of minor editing revisions is included. Extensive retouching or "photo manipulation" may incur additional fees. 3. Copyright & Usage Rights Ownership: GClicks Studio retains the copyright to all images produced. License: Clients are granted a Personal Use License (for portraits/kids) or a Commercial Use License (for fashion/real estate) to use images for promotion, social media, and websites. Attribution: We appreciate being tagged/credited as @GClicksStudio when images are posted online. 4. Real Estate & Drone Operations Site Readiness: For real estate, the property must be "shoot-ready" upon arrival. We are not responsible for cleaning or moving furniture. Drone Safety: Drone flights are subject to weather conditions and local "No Fly Zone" regulations. If weather prevents flying, that portion of the shoot will be rescheduled or refunded. 5. Client Responsibility Punctuality: If a client is late, that time is deducted from the session duration. Liability: GClicks Studio is not liable for injuries or property damage sustained during the shoot unless caused by gross negligence of the photographer.
